专插本与专升本的区别:

1、专插本一般是指在校的专科生，大二或大三的时候（总之是在校期间）参在加的插本考试，一般是插原学校的本科或者参加其他学校统一考试，然后大专还没有毕业或者即将毕业的时候直接进入本科学习，最后颁发的学历是普通高等教育（与正式本科基本相同）。

2、专升本是指专科毕业后，离开学校后，参加全国统一的成人考试（专升本），每年与成人高考同时报名考试（每年五月期间），最后颁发的学历是成人本科学历（有学位）。

3、两者不同在于：专插本的学历是普通高校，专升本的学历是成人。但是专插本一般仅限在原地区范围内，专业必须对口，学校的选择很少；专升本则可以选择原专科不同的专业，学校范围可遍布全国各地（具体看每年当地成考期间出版的招生简章），最后也有学位，可以考研。

你既可选择专插本也可以选择专升本,专插本难度比较大,但是学历含金量高,专升本难度相对比较小,但学历证书是成人的.专升本也有脱产的,也有不是!
