——记郑旗中心小学教师李金玲 尊敬的各位领导、父老乡亲：

大家好!

我叫李金玲，是郑旗乡中心小学的一名普通教师，很荣幸作为郑旗小学教师代表在这里发言，心情倍感激动。

从教15年来，没有惊天动地的壮举，也没有激情豪迈的誓言，只是时时处处以一个优秀教师的标准严格要求自己，勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业，热爱学生，团结同事，在平凡的岗位上从事着不平凡的事业。今天我报告的题目是《尽职履责，我问心无愧》。

作为一名教师，我深知学习是终身的事，只有不断学习才能在思想上与时俱进，在生活上强人一筹，才能做一名合格的人民教师，在日常工作学习和生活中，我十分注重“示范”作用，衣着整洁大方，言行规范得体，对待学生一视同仁，尤其是对待特困生，更是关爱有加，在我看来，爱是打开学生心灵的金钥匙，不能让一个学困生掉队。没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师，只要对他们有爱心、耐心、真心，就一定会有所收获。记得李花是我们班里的一名学生，由于父母离异，李花从三年级就开始住校，一次，我在晚上检查宿舍时发现她发高烧，我把她带到我的宿舍，吃药退烧，在睡梦中她拉着我的手，不停地叫妈妈，后来和她的交谈中我才得知，她是故意把自己弄感冒的，她说只有自己生病了才能见到妈妈。从孩子简

单的话语中，我感受到了李花对母爱的渴望，从此，对这个渴望得到母爱的孩子，做为她的班主任，我对她多了一份关心，一份鼓励，一份责任，我用心温暖了孩子的心，挽留了一个在孤独和失望中徘徊的儿童。我付出了爱，同时也收获了爱，李花没有让我失望，最后成了一名品学兼优的好学生。当然，有失必有得，身为一个母亲，我愧对于我的孩子，如今女儿已上初一，我扪心自问：我为她做过什么？没有，孩子由她爷爷奶奶照顾，一两周我才见一次，从小孩子就没有妈妈这个概念。记得女儿在小时候也许是太想念我了，在大街上远远看见穿黑衣服戴白帽子的女人都叫妈妈。那一刻我的心碎了，我不是一个称职的母亲，身为一位儿媳妇，我愧对我的老人，他们年岁已高，本是安度晚年的时候，却要替我们照顾孩子，做为儿媳，我不能在老人身边尽孝，我心中有愧，作为一名教师，我可以自豪地说，我没有愧对我的学生。在多年的教育教学中，我多次得到上级教育主管部门、乡党委、政府和学区的表彰奖励，也得到了各级领导和广大学生家长的认可与好评，连续五年被评为优秀教师、先进教育工作者的光荣称号，教学中取得了可喜的成绩。

记得那是发生在13年前的事，我班有一个女生，叫马奋梅，特别爱学习，有一天她突然对我说：“老师，下周我不能来学校了，我妈说一个女娃娃念什么书，让我在家干活。”我当时感觉可惜，多好的孩子呀！结果第二周马奋梅真的没有来，看着她

空落落的座位，我想了很多，最后脑海中产生了一个念头，一定要让她重返校园，于是我就打听到了马奋梅的家庭住址，由于当时交通不方便，又没有电话，我只好步行到她家，谁知却遭到闭门羹，至今我还清楚的记得马奋梅的母亲对我说：“你这个老师操的心也太宽了，我的孩子上不上学管你什么事，再说了，一个女娃娃迟早是别人家的一口子，长大以后要嫁出去，白供养着呢。”接着就是“砰”的一声摔门声，说实话我当时有点伤心，又有点后悔，想转身离开这个地方，可是当我回头看到马奋梅低着头沮丧地坐在院子里的情景，我不由得发自内心的呼唤：我不能放弃，不能让她就这么离开学校。我又鼓起勇气，敲开了她家的房门，也许是当年太年轻了，也许是我的诚心感动了那位家长，最终马奋梅的母亲被我说服了，马奋梅又回到了学校， 如今，马奋梅已是大二的学生。去年在黑城见到她的母亲，还笑着说：“我差点毁了我的女儿，当年真谢谢你！”

多年来，作为一名骨干教师，常年担任班主任工作，压力很大，最近几年各种疾病接撞而至。去年五月份，我感觉身体时好时坏，有一天，我在上课，突然感觉有点头晕，我不想让学生看见我的痛苦相，坚持走出了教室，听说后来晕在楼道里，等我清醒后，发现自己躺在医院里，查清病情后，大夫要求马上住院，可是我放不下我的学生，他们马上面临着毕业升学考试，我必须坚持，可是亲人们都不理解我，讽刺地说：“你死了，郑旗的教育照样发展。”但是教书已经成了我生活的一部分，今

年我又接了一届六年级的学生，不管怎样我都坚持到底，和同事们一起努力，在去年全县六年级监测中语文单科第二名的成绩上再上一个台阶。

成绩不能满足，名誉催人奋进。通过十几年的教学生涯，我真切地感受到教师是太阳底下最光辉最神圣的职业，我要为家乡的教育事业奉献出自己的力量。

努力，让我们无愧于心

不知不觉中，我们已跨入了初三年级，在这初中三年的1000多个日子里，在学习上，我们遇到了许多挫折，但是，值得庆幸的是，我们并没有在一次有一次的困难、挫折面前败下阵来。有人说,初一是基础，初二是关键，初三是冲刺。不错，屈指算来，距离明年的全县初中会考也只有200多天了，在这所剩无几的日子里，我们除了认真、努力学习之外，没有任何捷径可以帮助我们踏入华亭一中的大门。于是，背负着“考上一中”这个沉甸甸的梦想，我们每个人都义无反顾的走下去，虽然，我们不知道前方的路是充满荆棘，充满艰辛的，虽然我们不知道前方的路还只是一片未知地，但是我们不曾后悔，依旧每天起早贪黑来到学校学习，甚至再别的孩子在节假日与父母一同游玩时，我们还是一如既往的到校上课、回家，每天来回穿梭于学校与家之间，这种单调乏味的生活，也曾让我们一度颓废，但是颓废，迷茫过后，我们本着“学之道，贵以专”的信念，更加坚定了心中那个不曾随着时光的流逝而褪色的梦想，正是因为我们坚信“知识就是力量”“知识改变命运”，所以我相信在今后的日子里，我们每一个初三学生都会为了心中的那个梦想拼搏、努力，无论我们会遇到怎样的困难，无论最终我们是否能够如愿以偿考上一中，但是，只要我们努力了，拼搏了，无论结果怎样，我们都无愧于心，我想这足矣。

同学们，让我们一起努力，一起拼搏，让自己在面对中考成绩的那一刻无愧于心！
