5. Physical Description of Power Pack 动力源机械描述

Model S-15 is a containerized power pack designed for use in conjunction with a Model S-9 rig assist snubbing unit. The container is used for housing the power source for the snubbing jack assembly while it is rigged onto the primary Bop stack. Additionally, the container is utilized for storing and transporting spare parts, auxiliary equipment and other necessary components to make the S-9 unit functional. 6. Physical Description of Jack 作业机机械描述

The snubbing jack is a unitized construction single lift hydraulic rig assist jack. The unit consists of an upper work basket, jack structure, slip sub-assemblies, lower work platform, and Bop/Bleed- off/Equalize system.

The unit has two hydraulic cylinders capable of providing a lift force of 165,000lb

The Jack Plate, made of high strength steel, physically ties the two hydraulic cylinders together. The plate has an engineered rating to 225,000 lbs (102,060 kg) in a bottomed out condition. It is designed for quick removal to facilitate wire-line operations, and access to Bops contained within the structure of the unit. This gives the operator the ability to use different Bops contained within the unit to control the well pressure. The specifications are as follows:

二、 Warranty of Quality 质量保证

1.Snubco warrant that the goods supplied under the contract are new, and have the most recent or current models and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials, unless provided for in the contract. Snubco will be responsible for liaison with OEM equipment suppliers on behalf of buyer. Snubco will be responsible to ensure that any transferable warranties applied to OEM equipment are documented and forwarded to buyer.

Should such equipment or parts thereof or material used therein prove defective, Snubco at its option and cost will (1) replace the defective part; or (2) authorize the part to be returned to its plant for repair; or (3) authorize the part to be repaired at buyer’s plant, and warrant extra 12 (twelve) months but not less than above mentioned 18 (eighteen) months for these repaired parts. The seller will hold responsibility and duty to solve the equipment problem of arising trouble due to the reason of equipment design, manufacture and material factors after above 18 (eighteen) months.

Defective parts will be repaired or replaced without charge, however, no charges will be accepted for returns, repairs or alterations done by Buyer unless previously authorized in writing by Snubco. The Buyer shall promptly notify Snubco in writing for any claims arising under this warranty. Snubco is not responsible for any shipping charges, airfares, fees, etc. for equipment, spare parts, personnel, unless previously authorized in writing by Snubco. Upon receipt of such notice, Snubco shall with reasonable speed, repair or replace the defective goods or parts thereof without cost to the Buyer. 生产厂家将对有问题的设备和部件免费更换或者修理，但是当买方发现问题后需要先立 即书面通知卖方，然后由厂家予以书面确认，否则发生的费用，厂家不予承担。一旦厂 家收到买方这样的通知，则应该对买方提出的问题迅速反映，免费为买方修理或更换有 问题的设备和部件。

The foregoing warranty does not apply to parts in contact with corrosive chemicals, corrosive materials, or parts customarily subject to wear. All of the well-bore exposed equipment specified in this contract are NACE trim and are suitable for H2S service. All of the elastomers within the unit, with the exception of the annular elements, are suitable for H2S service. Exposure to exotic chemicals such as Toluene or Xylene, are not covered under this warranty.

If equipment is designed by Buyer and specifications are submitted by Buyer, no responsibility of any kind is assumed by Snubco, excepting a failure to meet specifications or a defect in material used or workmanship employed as herein specified.
