construction cost valuation quota" and other regulations, Anhui province construction safety protection and civilized construction rate in Annex 2.

Provisions on construction safety protection, civilized construction measures, expenses and use management

Second of these Provisions apply to all types of new, expansion or reconstruction of housing construction projects (including its supporting lines, pipelines and equipment installation works, decoration works), municipal infrastructure projects and demolition projects.

If the construction unit has other requirements for the safety protection and civilized construction measures of the building project, the expenses incurred shall be included in the cost of safety protection and civilized construction measures.

The tenth project supervision units shall carry out on-site supervision of the construction units to implement safety

(1) issuing construction permits for projects that fail to submit plans for the payment of safety protection and civilized construction measures;

(three) other acts that do not perform the duties of supervision and administration according to law.

Sixteenth construction projects outside the security protection, civilized construction measures, costs and the use of management may refer to the provisions of the implementation.
