2012年东华大学易班学涯规划大赛策划书

一、活动背景:

大学生学业规划,是实现个人学业生涯及职业生涯的重要举措。它是指大学生对与其目标相关的学业所进行的安排和筹划。具体来讲它是大学生通过对自身特点性格特点、能力特点和社会未来需要的正确认识和深入分析,确立自己的事业、职业、目标、进而确定学业发展方向。然后结合自己的实际情况、经济条件、生活现状、家庭情况等等制定学业发展计划。 本学年,我校迎来了12级的新生,他们对大学生活充满期待与向往并希望能在大学里充实自我、实现自我。然而,客观环境的变化带来的心理变动,人际关系的不协调带来的烦恼,以及自我定位不正确而带来的困惑,再加上对本专业发展方向的不明确以及就业压力等问题,使不少新生对自己的大学生涯感到十分迷茫。大多数学生对于自己在大学期间学什么、怎么学、什么时候学等问题通常是处于迷茫和无助状态。 为了鼓励广大学生勇于剖析自己,促使其尽快确立恰当的大学学业目标和职业理想,帮助其解决“学什么、怎么学、什么时候学”等一系列的实际问题。并围绕目标与理想自觉发奋学习,合理高效地利用时间,增强自身综合素质,成功度过大学美好的时光,我校易班将面向我系学生举办2012年大学生学涯规划大赛,致力于促进我校同学成长成才,为我系学生走好融入社会第一步打好基础。

二、活动目的:

本活动旨在通过大赛的形式,传播规划理念,帮助我校学生培养自我规划意识,树立目标,指导学生进行学业生涯设计合理规划未来明确努力方向,并促进学校的学风建设。

三、资源需要:

1、人力资源:教师评委,志愿者等;

2、物力资源:组织经费,横幅,宣传海报,宣传单,纸,笔,电脑,手机,打印机等;

3、需要场地:大学生活动中心,教室等。

四、活动开展:

1、参赛人员要求:东华大学各专业在读本科大一新生;

2、活动时间:x月x日——x月x日

3、活动宣传:

(1) 以易班为主要载体,充分发挥网络平台优势,在东华大学易班主页的醒目位置发表大赛的宣传材料,向全校学生宣传有关大赛的详细信息;

(2)印制1000份宣传单(宣传单主要由宣传部设计,要求内容应简洁生动且

完整),经过允许在相关专业宿舍楼中各寝室进行逐一分发;

(3)制作横幅海报,在桥栏杆,宿舍楼前,宣传栏等必要位置进行张贴悬挂;

(4)经过允许在大学生活动中心设立咨询处,向不了解大赛的同学讲解相关事宜;

(5)通知个相关专业的辅导员有关大赛具体事宜;

(6)注意:宣传工作应在活动开始前十天进行。

6、学涯规划书要求:参赛作品必须是参赛作者独立完成的规范的学涯规划书,并要要具有一定的科学性、先进性和创新性。可以参考借鉴已有的范本,但不得大篇幅抄袭他人成果。

8、参赛方式及要求:

(1)参赛形式:本次大赛以个人为申报单位参赛,每篇规划书不设字数上限,但原则上不超过8000字;

(2)论文格式:规划书格式必须按照规范格式,一律用word文档,正文前要有内容摘要,关键字。参赛者须将参赛作品、作者照片(JPG格式)、作者简介等用E-mail传至大赛指定邮箱xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.

9、活动流程:

(1)作品初审阶段:x月x日至x月x日

由专业教师评委评选确定进入决赛的作品

(2)网上投票阶段时间:x月x日至x月x日

主办方将进入决赛的作品整理归纳,按随机的顺序利用发帖的形式发表在东华大学易班主页的专门的位置,由全校易班用户投票评选(注意:只允许一人一票)选出票数最高的六篇文章,经过审核,评出一,二,三等奖。

(3)将获奖作品发布在易班专门的位置。供易班各用户欣赏。

10、奖项设置:

奖励总名额为参赛作品总数的10%,所有获奖作品将获得由学校颁发的荣誉证书、奖金。

一等奖1名,奖金300元

二等奖2名,奖金200元

三等奖3名,奖金100元

五、经费预算:

宣传约600元

奖励约1000元

具体经费再议

六、活动中应注意的问题及细节:

1、应合理分配时间,注意各易班工作人员上课时间;

2、组织任务小组,分配人员职责,权责相应,每个人都要非常明白自己的责任,分配任务要以人为单位,打印出权责清单,让每个人看得明明白白;

3、大赛仅仅是学生志愿参加,鼓励学生参加但不可含有逼迫成分;

4、若发现论文有大量抄袭成分,立即取消参赛资格,根据具体情况进行严厉处罚;

5、活动结束后,及时清理回收海报、传单、展板、报名表等,并进行后期资料汇总。

第一章

东华大学材料学院易班发展

中心简介

“易班”是一个以高校师生为主要使用对象的网络虚拟社区,由上海市教卫党委、市教委依托市教育系统网络文化发展研究中心自主研发,是市教委在全市高校中重点推进的网络文化建设项目,被昵称为“易班”。易班集成了BBS、SNS、博客、微博、手机应用等多种新型互联网应用。其中包含了新闻、通讯录、校园应用、博客、微博、相册、互动社区、论坛、邮箱、网盘、掌上易班。通过该网站,高校辅导员、教师及学生可在线互动交流、交换各种信息及资源、上传照片、撰写博客等。

材料学院易班发展中心(以下简称“中心”)隶属东华大学材料学院,是一个学生自我管理、服务师生的组织,在学院易班专项老师的指导下,主要负责易班网络平台线上、线下的管理、维护和发展的工作。

在2013年,材料学院易班发展中心采取辅导员推荐的形式,由材料学院13级各班学习委员组成。2014年9月,为了易班发展中心的发展,材料学院易班工作中心初步设立了三个部门,分别为秘书处、宣传部、实践部,并进行扩大自主招新。14级干事数目分别为:秘书处4名、宣传部7名、实践部7名。到目前为止,材料学院易班发展中心已经初具规模。

部门职责

东华大学材料学院易班发展中心主要以学生自我管理为主,在原有的工作基础上,进行更细的分工,设立一套全面的管理体系。具体机构图如下:

主席团

秘书处 宣传部 实践部

主席团:统筹学院易班整体建设,管理中心团队,维护中心日常运作。

秘书处

管理易班项目,并配合各部门做好活动策划及资料整理工作;处理学生疑问以及管理易班教学资源库、易课堂建设。

每月4号前审阅活动策划并将活动策划书、通讯稿以及连接、简报发送至校易班邮箱:dhu_ybjianbao@163.com;每次活动结束后3个工作日内审阅活动通讯稿并发送至校易班邮箱和网络易班各个平台;每月28号前需填写活动情况反馈表以及整理当月会议记录表并分别发送至校易班的各个指定邮箱。每月30号前做好各个网络易班班级、东华大学主页留言、活动报道帖、易课堂发帖、留言的相关数据统计,汇总学生疑问及建议情况,统计各类报销,整理和分档发送至材料学院易班发展中心的所有资料和文件,并做好当月的所有事物

宣传部

宣传部配合实践部做好每项线上、线下活动的宣传工作。

为了起到更好的宣传效果,线上发帖宣传、粘贴宣传海报、悬挂横幅、播放视频等相关工作需在活动开展前三天内完成,宣传单的分发在活动开展前期与活动开展当日皆要进行。同时负责网络调研,了解学生对易班、易课堂等的需求及建议以便更好地改善中心的工作。另外需浏览和了解校易班和其他分学院的易班活动开展情况,并每月在东华大学易班主页上留言,发表相关看法。

实践部

实践部主要负责线上、线下各项学生活动策划与开展,以及与学院学生会研究生会、科创中心、党员服务中心等学生组织的沟通与合作,主要进行活动的前期准备、现场控制与后期总结。

实践部须每月3日前上交活动策划,经过秘书处、主席团及相关指导老师的批准后方可开展活动。活动批准后二个工作日内需开会讨论活动的实施方案和各个部门、各位成员的具体分工。活动开展前2日内需准备好所有活动相关物品、申请好场地等,并协调好时间与具体人员。活动按照计划有序开展,并做好活动现场的拍摄以及活动结束后的场地及物品整理工作。活动结束后需在2个工作日内提交活动通讯稿及活动总结。
