1、赋予名字积极的意义。

2、故事法，讲明名字的来历或者编一个关于名字的故事，也是比较好的方法。 如：孙迎菊，可以这样介绍：

再如：涂忆洪，可以这样介绍：

4、谐音法。利用谐音也能很好的给人留下想象的空间，留有余味。

再如：刘学，这个名字，就可以这样介绍：

5、图像法。就是营造一种图像，让别人想象一下，这样更能人记住你的名字。 比如：余江雁，这个名字，就可以这样介绍：

6、和地名挂钩。和自己相关的地方挂钩，既让对方记住了自己的名字，又能知道一些其他信息。

7、调侃法。有些场合用一些调侃自己的方式，给人以轻松的记忆，效果也是非常好的。

比如：秦珅，这个名字，可以这样介绍：
