1.1 目的Purpose

本文当的目的是向DCS 系统维护人员给出操作和维护的规则,由如下两部分组成:

2.1 DCS 功能描述DCS functional description

DCS 在整个信号系统中扮演的角色是为所有其他信号应用设备建立起通信的桥梁。

The role of DCS is to support all communication functions needed by signalling

applications.

DCS 子系统主要负责:

The DCS sub-system is in charge of:

? 轨旁设备间的通信

Communication between wayside fixed equipment

? 轨旁设备与车载设备间的通信

Communication between wayside and onboard equipment

为了提高DCS 的性能,信号设备的信息交互是通过两条相互冗余的通信通道来完成的(“红

网”通道和“蓝网”通道)。

To increase availability of the DCS, the signalling messages are exchanges through a

redundant communication path (“red” path and “blue” path).

DCS 请求参考主时钟,为了使DCS 自己的内部设备得到时间同步。同时,与整个系统一

样,采用同一个参考时钟源。

The DCS requests the reference master clock, in order to synchronize itself so that time

reference is unique inside the whole system.

下图是成都4号线的DCS 结构。

2.2.1 有线系统Wired subsystem

骨干网基于工业以太网环网。由工业以太网交换机组成。

The backbone is based on Native Ethernet rings. It is composed of Ethernet switches.

DCS 交换机位于OCC/控制中心和集中站,用光缆将其连接组成环网结构。

Ethernet switches are localized in OCC/leading stations and in main stations, and form

ring networks connected by optical fibres.

有两种型号的交换机:

There are 2 types of switches.

三层交换机(主交换机和NMS 交换机):位于OCC/控制中心,用于连接轨旁设备,建立

Layer 3 switches (master switches and NMS-Router): localized in OCC/leading stations

and used to connect wayside hosts, for communication between wayside and onboard

equipment.

二层交换机:位于集中站,用于连接轨旁设备和AP 点,建立轨旁设备与车载设备间的通

信。

Layer 2 switches: localized in main stations and used to connect wayside hosts and

access points, for communication between wayside and onboard equipment.

2.2.2 无线系统Wireless subsystem

无线部分由以下几部分组成:

Radio networks (Radio network is composed of a set of access points spread along

the track and connected to the backbone);

轨旁无线单元(TRE ):包含两个AP , Trackside Radio Equipment (TRE): includes two access points, - 移动无线单元(MRE ):包含一个车载modem 。

Mobile Radio Equipment (MRE): includes one on-board modem.

2.2.3 网管系统Administration subsystem

网管部分被称为网络管理系统(NMS ),基于简单网络管理协议,用于对无线设备和交换

机的管理。

The administration part provides the Network Management Systems (NMS), based on

the SNMP protocol, for administration of switches and radio equipment.

整个线路只有一个网管系统,这个网管系统被叫做NMS IP 。

There is one NMS in the sector. This NMS are named NMS IP .

网管系统是DCS 的人机界面。网管系统的主要任务是:

The NMS are the HMI of the DCS. The main roles of NMS are:

- 网络管理:网管系统图形界面可以显示LRU 的网络拓扑及状态

-13/130- Network management: the NMS graphical view permits to display network topology

and status of LRUs ;

- 告警管理:网管系统接收、显示、存储设备告警,也生成网管系统应用的相关告警

Alarms management: the NMS receives, displays and stores the alarms from the

devices; it also generates some alarms concerning the NMS application;

- 性能监控:网管系统轮询所有设备来存储性能数据;允许显示性能图形;

Performance monitoring: the NMS polls the devices to store performance data; It

permits to display performance graphics;

- 设备/网络配置:网管系统可以更新DCS 设备的配置或者固件。

Configuration of devices/network: the NMS permits to update configuration files or

firmware version of the DCS devices.

网管系统由一台服务器和一台客户端组成。服务器是冗余的,冷备,二级服务器被叫做备

用服务器,平时处于关机状态,不连接DCS 网络;只有在主用服务器故障时才将其连接至DCS

网络。

The NMS are composed of a server and one workstation. The server is redundant, in

cold redundancy: the secondary server, named backup server, is shut down and not

connected to the DCS; it shall be started and connected to DCS only in case of failure of the

first server.

服务器位于OCC/控制中心,客户端可以位于其他信号机房。

Servers are located in OCC/leading station, workstations can be located at any location.

网管服务器通过NMS 交换机(三层交换机)连接至骨干网。如果有网管客户端也位于OCC/

控制中心的话,也要通过NMS 交换机连接至骨干网。

The active NMS server is connected to the backbone via an electrical switch layer 3,

named NMS router. If there is an NMS workstation located in the OCC/leading station, it is

also connected to the backbone via the NMS router.

网管系统还和MSS 系统有接口。网管系统会把DCS 设备的主要/紧急告警和一些性能参

数传送给MSS 系统。

The NMS are also the interface toward MSS sub-system. The major/critical alarms of the

DCS devices and values of some performance variables are forwarded from NMS to MSS.

网管服务器和客户安装有NTP 客户端用于时钟同步。

The NMS servers and workstations include an NTP client for time synchronization.

NMS IP 服务器被配置成DCS 的二级时钟源,以防ATS 主时钟发生故障。因此它安装有

NTP 软件。

The NMS IP server is configured as a secondary time reference for the DCS, in case of

failure with the ATS time reference. Therefore it includes a NTP server software.

NMS IP 服务器上装有TFTP server 软件,主要用于设备上传/下载配置。

The NMS IP server also includes a TFTP server for download/upload of devices

NMS IP 服务器内安装有下列应用软件安装:

List of applications installed in the NMS IP server are :

- SNMPc (供应商是Castlerock )用于设备IP 的监控。这个应用软件用到了SQL 服务

器数据库(Microsoft SQL 服务器专业版)

SNMPc (supplier is Castlerock) for supervision of IP devices. This application uses a

SQL server database (Microsoft SQL server express Edition).

- SMIC-IMIC (供应商是Alstom )用于与MSS 系统接口。

SMIC-IMIC (supplier is Alstom) for interface to MSS

- Meinberg NTP 服务器和Meinberg NTP 时钟服务器监视器(供应商是Meinberg )用

于时钟同步。

Meinberg NTP server and Meinberg NTP time server monitor (supplier is Meinberg)

for NTP synchronization.

- TFTP 服务器用于TFTP 上传/下载设备的配置或固件

TFTP server for TFTP upload/download of devices configuration or firmware files.

2.2.4 通信网络Communication networks

DCS 提供两个网络通道给信号应用设备。

The DCS provides two communication networks for the vital signaling applications.

我们利用颜色来区分不同的通信网络。蓝色和红色被用来代表2个冗余的信号通信网络。

Communication networks are symbolized by colours. The colours “blue” and “red” are

used to represent the 2 redundant signaling communication networks.

图1给出了网络结构。

The Figure 1 gives the architecture for the networks.

每一个DCS 设备都被用于建立信号通信网络。

Each DCS device is dedicated to a communication network.

Devices of the same class are configured in the same way except for some

device-unique data (such as IP address and SNMP information fields).

在OCC/控制中心,NMS 交换机连接到所有应用子网的交换机,因此NMS IP 可以和所有

DCS 设备通信。

In each OCC/leading station, the NMS router is connected at one switch from every

communication network, so that the NMS IP can exchange data with all DCS devices.

3 DCS-MSS 接口DCS-MSS interfaces

DCS 子系统通过NMS IP 服务器中运行的软件与MSS 子系统接口。

The DCS sub-system is interfaced with the MSS sub-system thanks to software running

in the NMS IP server.

网管系统将DCS 设备的主要告警及相关性能事件信息转发给MSS 系统,NMS IP 服务器

发给MSS 关于交换机和轨旁AP 的信息。

The NMS forwards to MSS main alarms of the DCS devices and values of some

performance variables. The NMS IP server sends to MSS information about switches and

access points.

SMIC-IMIC 应用软件处理与MSS 系统的接口。

One application, named SMIC-IMIC, handles the interface toward the MSS.

对于车载modem ,MSS 系统直接与其建立通信来获取告警及相关性能事件信息。

For OBM, MSS directly communicates with OBM to get alarms and values of

3.1 维护步骤Maintenance procedures

3.1.1 操作人员Actors

DCS 的相关操作人员如下:

The human actors for the DCS maintenance are:

? MSS 监控人员:通过位于OCC 的MSS 控制台,获取信号系统中每一个设备的告警并

创建工作单(WO )。工作单中有相应的故障情况描述,并发送给MSS 操作人员。

MSS supervisor: receives, on the MSS console at the OCC, the alarms of every device of

the signalling system and creates work orders (WO) according to the received alarms.

These WO are then transmitted to the MSS operators with appropriate profile.

DCS 告警与“Network ”概况相关联。

The DCS alarms are associated to the “Network” profile.

? MSS 操作人员:在位于OCC 的MSS 控制台,获取“Network ”类工作单并处理他们。需

要能够读懂DCS 状态信息(LRU 状态、阈值)并有权限登录在线维护文档。

MSS Network operator: receives, on one MSS console at the OCC or in station, the WO of

class “Network” and treats them. Can read the information about the DCS status (status

of LRUs, value of triggers…) and has access to the on ‐line maintenance documentation.

? NMS 操作人员:在NMS 工作台,管理DCS 设备的配置,需要能够分析DCS 系统告

警产生的原因。

NMS operator: manages the configuration of the DCS devices, on one NMS console. Can

diagnose the origin of an alarm on the DCS.

NMS 操作人员和MSS 操作人员可以是同一人。

The NMS operator and MSS Network operator may be the same person.

3.1.2 维护步骤:从告警产生到维护结束Maintenance steps from failure to end of

notification

下图展示了从告警产生到告警处理结束的典型维护步骤。

The following figure illustrates the typical maintenance steps from the failure to the end

of notification.

当DCS LRU 故障或产生主要告警时,告警通知首先在NMS 上产生然后发送给MSS.

When a failure or a major alarm happens on a DCS LRU, a notification is displayed first

on the NMS and is then transmitted to the MSS.

MSS 监控人员(24小时)从MSS 维护终端接收告警。MSS 监控人员在MSS 系统上生

成一个工作单,在限定时间内执行相应的维护流程。

On the MSS, the alarm is received by the MSS supervisor (24h/24). The MSS supervisor

creates a WO on the MSS, demanding to execute the appropriate maintenance procedure,

with specific time limit to proceed.

新产生的工作单将被分发到负责网络部分的MSS 操作人员手中。MSS 操作人员接收到工

作单后,工作单状态变更为“处理中”。MSS 操作人员将根据MSS 系统上的维护文档执行相应的

维护步骤。

This WO will be received, with status “New”, by each MSS Operator which has the

"Network" profile. As soon as an MSS Network operator accepts the WO, its status becomes

“In Progress”. The MSS Network operator shall then perform the maintenance procedure

adapted to the alarm, using the maintenance documentation available on the MSS.

当MSS 收到简短的DCS 状态信息后,则需分析接收到的告警,找到故障的LRU 及引发

问题的原因。这种情况下,应该在NMS IP 上进行分析,因为NMS IP 可以获得更多的DCS

设备信息。分析结果需基于LRU 状态、当前和历史告警,性能图表等。MSS 操作人员或NMS

操作人员均可负责分析相关告警。

-18/130- diagnose the received alarm, in order to find the failed LRU or the source of the anomaly. In

that case, the diagnostic shall be done on the NMS, where more information about DCS

devices is available. The diagnostic results from the analysis of LRUs status, current and

historical alarms, and performances graphics. The diagnostic can be done by the MSS

operator or by an NMS operator.

维护流程结束后,MSS 操作人员或NMS 操作人员需检查在NMS IP 上的告警,确认之前

的异常告警已经结束并且没有新的告警产生。告警处理完成信息会从NMS 发送到MSS 。MSS

操作人员获取该信息后关闭相应工作单。

After the maintenance procedure, the MSS operator or the NMS operator shall check on

the NMS that alarms related to the previous anomaly are ended and that no new alarm has

been received. The end of notification is transmitted from NMS to MSS. The MSS operator

acknowledges the ended alarm and closes the WO.

4 网管系统的基本维护操作Basic maintenance operations on

NMS

4.1 SNMPc (NMS IP )网管软件上的基本维护操作Basic maintenance

operations on SNMPc (NMS IP)

这部分描述了SNMPc 的主要功能。

This part gives description of SNMPc main functionalities.

对于详细的SNMPc 使用说明,请参见该软件的帮助文档。

For more precisions on SNMPc utilization, see the Help menu of the application.

4.1.1 启动/停止SNMPc 网管软件Start/stop SNMPc

SNMPc 是一个客户端-服务器应用软件。

SNMPc is a client-server application.

SNMPc 服务器软件开机自动启动。SNMPc 软件不能关闭,否则将无法监控IP 设备。

SNMPc server application is automatically launched at the start of the NMS IP server.

The SNMPc server shall not be stopped otherwise the IP devices are not supervised

anymore.

如果SNMPc 服务器启动,电脑系统托盘内的SNMPc 标志变为亮色,当鼠标移动到SNMPc

标志上后,显示“SNMPc Management Server Running ”信息,见下图。

If SNMPc server is started, the SNMPc icon in the systray is colored and, when placing

the mouse on the icon, the message “SNMPc Management Server Running” appears (see

following figure).

如果SNMPc 服务器关闭,电脑系统托盘内的SNMPc 标志变为灰色,当鼠标移动到SNMPc

标志上后,显示“SNMPc Management Not Running ”信息,见下图。I

If SNMPc server is shutdown, the SNMPc icon in the systray is in greyscale and, when

placing the mouse on the icon, the message “SNMPc Management Not Running” appears

The SNMPc client is the HMI of SNMPc. It is installed on the NMS IP server and

workstations. SNMPc client can be stopped, it does not affect the supervision of IP devices.

To stop SNMPc client on NMS IP server, or workstation, close the SNMPc client window.

4.1.2 用户Users

SNMPc 中定义了两个用户:

4.1.3 图形界面Graphical interface

SNMPc 图形接口分为三部分(见下图):

- 主视图:在这里显示拓扑视图、MIB 表、MIB 图形及告警。

the main screen: map view, MIB tables, MIB graph, and possibly alarms are

displayed here,
