基于GIS的农用地定级技术研究——以XX县为例

摘要:农用地分等定级是在特定的用途下,对土地的自然和经济两方面的属性进行综合评定和等级划分的过程,是土地评价的一个重要组成部分,一直是国内外学术界密切关注的热门话题。我国也在该研究领域中作出了许多有价值的探讨,并取得了一定成果。但是,我国农用地分等定级研究起步较晚,尚不能完全满足经济发展和社会进步的要求。因此做好这项工作对在土地管理改革中建立统一的土地市场政策,科学量化农用地数量、质量和分布,落实耕地占补平衡制度和基本农田保护制度等有着重要的现实意义。本文以XX县为例,在GIS技术的支持下,采用修正法对农用地进行定级研究,研究结果表明:①该评价区的农用地被划分为4级,面积分别占总面积的2.43%、16.46%、56.06%、25.04%。②从行政中心向四周农用地级别呈降低的趋势。在宝华乡、浪堤乡附近的部分农用地多为Ⅰ级地。Ⅱ级地连续分布在Ⅰ级地外围。Ⅲ、Ⅳ级地连续于Ⅱ级地外围分布。农用地级别受城市中心、交通条件、海拔的影响显著。③土地的分布呈相互交错的态势,高级别土地中分布有局部面积少低级别的土地,低级别土地中也有局部面积少高级别土地的分布。

——A case study of honghe County of Yunnan province

Abstract: Farmland granding is a comprehensive evaluation and grading process to the natural and economic attributes of land under a particular use, land evaluation is an important part of academia has been closely watched at home and abroad hot topic. China is also the area of the study that made many valuable discussions and achieved results. However, studies of farmland in China started late, still not fully meet the economic development and social progress. So do this work in land management, land reform, create a unified market policy, agricultural science and quantify the amount, quality and distribution system for implementing the balance of arable land and basic farmland protection system has important practical significance. This paper Honghe GIS technology in support of an example, the use of ArcGIS software and modification method used for classification of agricultural land, the results show that: ① the evaluation area of agricultural land is divided into four, respectively, of the total area of 2.43 area %, 16.46%, 56.06%, 25.04%. ② from the administrative center to the surrounding agricultural land was a decreased level. In baohua and landi Township, near the part of the breakwaters rural agricultural land to more than grade Ⅰ. Ⅱ grade to grade Ⅰ to continuous distribution in the periphery. Ⅲ, Ⅳ grade to grade Ⅱ in a row in the external distribution. Level of agricultural land by the urban centers, traffic conditions, significant effects of altitude. ③ the distribution of land had crossed the state, high-level distribution of land in the local area of land less low-level, low-level area of land also has a small local distribution of high-level land.
