浅谈城市道路交通组织优化设计

摘要：在城市建成区，通过大规模的土木工程手段来解决交通拥堵问题受到土地利用、经济投入等诸多因素的制约。而通过一系列的交通组织优化设计，比如：区域交通组织、交叉口优化设计、行人过街优化设计和可操作性的交通管理措施等，对改善城市交通状况，特别是缓解城市中心区交通拥堵，具有投入少、效果显著的特点。本文重点介绍了平面交叉口及主干路辅道的优化设计，并以实例分析来论证优化设计内容的可行性，力求达到合理、经济的目的。 关键词：城市道路；交通组织；优化设计

Abstract: In the city area, through large-scale civil engineering means to solve the problem of traffic jams by land use, economic investment and other factors. Through a series of optimization design of traffic organization, such as: regional traffic organization optimized design, intersection, pedestrian crossing optimization design and operation of traffic management measures, to improve traffic conditions in the city, especially to alleviate the city center area traffic congestion, have investment little, the effect of significant features. This paper focuses on the intersection and trunk road pavement design optimization, and analysis of an example to demonstrate the feasibility of optimized design, and strive to achieve a reasonable, economic purpose. 城市道路交通组织设计是运用交通工程技术和管理手段，系统地对区域内道路进行交通分析；根据道路功能，组织、协调、疏导交通流，平衡道路交通流量，使道路通行能力与交通流量基本协调，缓解交通需求矛盾。

常规的道路工程设计，只是依据规划对道路工程本身进行几何设计，对影响道路使用质量的交通组织设计未予足够重视，当建成道路发生交通堵塞或存在交通安全隐患时，交通管理部门只能做些“疏导”管理工作，不能从根本上解决存在问题。

实际上，道路在使用过程中，由于使用条件不同，吸引的交通流也不同，交通流对道路的需求是千差万别，特别是中心城市区道路的改、扩建时，道路工程若不做好交通组织设计，等道路建成后发生问题时再想法进行拓宽改造，则恐难实施，不仅对整个交通系统造成严重影响，而且存在工程重复建设，造成资金浪费等诸多问题。
