一、 《油类记录簿》填写说明

《油类记录簿》作为船舶防污染工作方面的法定文书,历来在港口国检查中都是重点检查项目。《油类记录簿》记录的不规范往往导致缺陷批注。如记录出现差错,也会引起检查官的怀疑,进而对相关设备扩大检查,可能牵连出更多的问题,甚至导致滞留、高额罚款。因此,进一步规范《油类记录簿》的填写已成为当前船舶营运必须予以高度重视和妥善解决的问题,以下是INTERTANKO编写的《油类记录簿填写指南》,该文提供了船舶所有油类操作的填写范例,现发船供各轮参考。

以下为船舶油类相关操作的详细范例:

1 加装燃油; 2 加装滑油;

3 舱底污水通过15ppm油水分离器向舷外排放;

4 污水柜中的污水通过15ppm油水水分离器向舷外排放; 5 将舱底污水储存到污水柜中;

6 将污水柜中的污水排放到岸上接收设施; 7 收集分油机的油渣;

8 分油机油渣柜中的油渣转驳到主油渣柜; 9 将油渣和油泥排放到岸上接收设备; 10 用过的油驳至污油柜

11 油水分离器/油份计故障; 12 焚烧油渣;

13 船上留存的残油/油渣;
