在电流不足或超负荷情况下,充电器不会受到损坏,过电流也不会流动。

CHARGER SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGED AND EXCESSIVE CURRENT SHOULD NOT FLOW DURING SHORT AND OVERLOAD CONDITIONS.

尚未安装或准备安装在轮椅上的电池充电器应当符合的要求,还应达到IEC529-IPX1的防潮要求(防滴)。

如果充电器为车载型充电器,该充电器应当定级为IPX4. IF CHARGER IS ON-BOARD, IT SHOULD BE RATED TO IPX4.

外壳表面漏电流应当低于与移动设备连接的。(如电动轮椅,小型摩托车等)0.1毫安,因为充电器是作为医疗装置(依照IEC60601-1第19章第3节IV表)
