To set up a good teacher-student relationship, a teacher’s behavior is especially important. The teacher should motivate the students so that they would like to learn. A good teacher should be patient, friendly and strict. Remember not to encourage students by pushing or forcing or punishing them. Being too friendly may cause students to become lazy and stop working hard. On the other hand, being too strict may frighten students. So，a teacher should avoid going to extremes in treating his / or her students. And the demand for the teachers who should take responsibility for his / her job should encourage students to think independently and learn to study by themselves and also make his lessons lively and interesting.

However，as for the students, they should always show respect for their teachers and their work. Students should be eager to learn and willing to put their heart into their

Some students are in favor of the plan, since the reconstruction will exhibit the original beauty of Yuanmingyuan. In this way we can preserve China’s old architecture. But its reconstruction will give us our dignity back. What's more, it can show how prosperous China has become.

Other students,however, are strongly against the plan. They think that Yuanmingyuan, as it stands today, keeps the truth of history, thus reminding China of its shameful history when European imperialists bullied it. Not only will rebuilding cost money, but it will also turn the site into another tacky tourist trap, losing all its precious vaue.

Personally, I advocate keeping Yuanmingyuan as it is. Reconstruction may destroy it as a heritage site. Besides, it will take a great deal of money and human power, which could be better used to improve the backward conditions in certain areas of China.

We often give money to the people in poor or disaster-stricken areas. Some students don’t think it a good way to help people there .However ,some prefer helping the unfortunate with money.

In their opinion, money can be used to buy daily necessities and can help people rebuild their hometowns ,while sometimes the things people there receive are not what they need actually.

But some other students think that giving used clothing to the people in those areas is better .Many people ,especially in rich areas and in cities ,have much clothing they no longer like or need. By giving it away to the people in need we can make the best use of it . Besides ,we are just students ,and we have no incomes of our own.

Anyhow ,no matter which way is considered better ,we should try our best to help those who need help. It goes without saying that money and other donations can be very helpful.
