护理人员在医院感染控制中所处角色及重要性

摘要:目的明确认识护理人员在医院感染管理中所处的角色及重要性，自觉严格执行医院感染管理各项制度及措施，降低医院感染的发生及扩散。方法通过护理人员在医院感染控制中所扮演的角色，强化护理人员对角色认识、对医院感染的认识，从每一个细节入手，认真落实各项控制医院感染的措施，有效地预防和控制医院感染的发生和扩散。结果近年来我院与护理相关的各项监测合格为98.5%，通过护理角度发生的医院感染大大降低，未发生因护理人员所致的医院感染的爆发。结论强化医院感染中护理角色的认识及教育,形成了制度化、规范化的健全体系，能有效的通过护理人员实现预防和控制医院感染的发生和扩散。

【Abstract】Objective Recognize the role and significance of nursing personnel played in management and control of iatrogenic infection and enforce varieties of rules and measures of hospital infection management, reduce the risk of hospital infection.Methods Strengthen the cognition on role of nursing personnel and hospital infection . Emphasizing every detail to carry out various measures of hospital infections. Aiming at the existence of risk factors ,to adopt the corresponding measures and countermeasures.the valid prevention controlled the occurrence of hospital infection.Results in recent years,.the qualification rate of various monitoring on relevant nursing is 98.5% in our hospital.Risk factors of nursing related to hospital infection greatly decreased and zero case of hospital infection caused by nursing personnel. Conclusion In order to prevent and control the hospital infection, education and recognizing the role of nursing personnel should be strengthened .To set up and amplify the management system and through the nursing personnel ,the iatrogenic infections can be preserved effectively.

医院感染的问题随着医学发展的日益突出，护理工作在医院感染控制中起着不可忽视的重要作用。医院感染的发生率也是衡量护理工作质量的重要标志，并纳入护理质量考核。护理人员是患者最密切接触者,是各项临床工作的执行者，是切断医院感染传播途径的实施者，也是防止医院感染的监理者。近年来各种大量的资料证明，只要加强护理管理，严格操作规程，认真落实医院感染的各项措
