城市住宅建筑设计改进和创新

陕西省现代建筑设计研究院 摘要：城市住宅建筑物设计对建筑物的建筑设计来说有着至关重要的作用，尤其是最近几年地质灾害的频繁发生，更是对城市住宅建筑物的建筑设计提出了更高的要求。本文简要的分析当前我国城市建筑物建筑设计的现状，并根据城市住宅城市住宅建筑设计存在的不足之处，提出相应的改进以及创新性建议，为维护人民生命财产安全，确保居民居住舒适、出行方便、绿色环保等提供设计参考意见。 关键词：城市建筑；设计；改进；创新

abstract: urban residential building design of the architectural design of it has important effect, especially in last few years the frequent occurrence of geological disasters, but for city residential building architecture design put forward higher request. this paper analyzes the current our country city building construction design status, and according to the city residential architectural design of urban dwellings existence deficiency, put forward the corresponding improvement as well as innovative suggestions for safeguarding the people’s life and property safety, ensure that residents comfortable living, the journey is convenient, green and provide the design suggestions. key words: the city construction; design; improvement;
