这里定义的是DCH,BCCH要在前面的RLDEC里定义。如果想改频点,最好先把新的频点定义进去,然后才把多余的频点删掉。如果只是要删去频点,可以用RXCDP:MO=RXOTG-XX(RXETG-XX);来看哪个频点没有被占用,如果要删的频点是有SDCCH的,最好用RLCCC把SDCCH=0,然后就可以把频点删除,记住要把SDCCH改回去)
