(1) Remember to protect yo ur head and neck with your arms.

记住用你的胳膊保护头和脖子。

remember后跟动词不定式和动名词时，表达的意思是不同的。remember后接不定式表示“记住要去做某事（未做）”；后接动名词表示“记得做过某事（已做）”。
