A Story...

Using the third person to write a narrative essay by retelling a story/stories based on your favorite movie in about 150-200 words. In addition to telling the story/stories, your essay should be ended by communicating the significance of the story or experience. Both your imitating the writing style in Unit3 and choosing a title yourself are permitted. 150-250

Richard Gere as a music professor who picks up a stray dog on the way home from his railway commute, much to the annoyance of his wife, Cate, who had banned him from having another dog. However, Parker and the dog (who he names Hachi after the Japanese symbol found on his collar) develop such a remarkable bond that Cate is forced to relent and Hachi becomes a devoted member of the family. Every morning, Hachi accompanies Parker to the train station and waits patiently for his return, becoming a regular fixture in the community as a result.

Unfortunately, one day, when Richard Gere was teaching in class, he suffered a sudden heart attack, he can't back to the train station no longer, but Hachi still waited every moment for his return at the train station.

After I watched the movie, I was deeply moved by the story. The friendship between humans and animals can be so strong. May be we treat them as a pet, but in their eye's we are all of them.
